Cancellation and refund on Lumiun DNS

This information refers to the Lumiun DNS product.

Before you cancel your subscription, we would like to be able to assist you in a special way so that you do not feel dissatisfied. For this, please contact us at support@lumiun.com and we will give you the best possible support. Still, if you want to request cancellation, below is important information.

Cancellation up to 7 days of subscription



Within a period of up to 7 days from the initial subscription, you can request the immediate cancellation of your Lumiun DNS plan at any time and we will refund the total amount already paid for this plan. The refund process varies depending on the payment method.

Example: Let's say you signed up for a monthly payment plan starting March 10th, with a monthly price of $100. On March 10th, you made the payment of $100 for the period from March 10th to April 10th. On March 15th, that is, within the period of up to 7 days after the initial subscription, you decided to request immediate cancellation. With this, your plan will stop working immediately and we will start the process of refunding the amount of $100.

Cancellation after 7 days of subscription



After a period of 7 days from the initial subscription, it will not be possible to refund amounts referring to payments already made. You can request the cancellation of the plan renewal at any time, so that no new charges will be issued and the plan will remain active until the end of this billing cycle that has already been paid for.

Example: Let's say you signed up for a monthly payment plan starting March 10th, with a monthly price of $100. On March 10th, you made the payment of $100 for the period from March 10th to April 10th. On March 30th you decided to request the cancellation. Your plan will be in effect until April 10th. On April 11th, it will stop working and no new charges will be made.

How to cancel the plan



To request cancellation, you can use the Cancel subscription function in the My Account menu of the Lumiun DNS dashboard, or you can send an email to support@lumiun.com, requesting the cancellation.
