Through the Lumiun DNS partner menu it is possible to create users to access organizations and make the necessary changes. We recommend that this feature be used so that MSPs can keep their employees with access for possible configuration needs and the release/blocking of filters in Lumiun DNS. From this same page it is possible to create a user for the end customer, if necessary.
To create a new user, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the partner menu at the top of the screen. Then click on Users.
2. Here you can manage your existing users and create new ones. To create a new user, simply click on the New User button.
3. Now all you have to do is enter the user's details and click on Save.
Partner user: access to all resources of all organizations
Customer + owner user: access to all resources of your organization.
Customer user: acess to all resources of your organization, except account configuration pages.
Read-only user: access only to view your organization's information, without permission to create or modify.
4. That's it! Your user is created, you can create as many users as you like, no limits!
