Cancellation and refunds at Lumiun DNS
Before you cancel your subscription, we would like to offer you special assistance to ensure you are not dissatisfied. To do so, please contact us at support[@]lumiun.com and we will provide you with the best support possible. However, if you still wish to cancel, please find important information below.
Cancellation within 7 days of signing up
Within 7 days of your initial sign-up, you can request immediate cancellation of your Lumiun DNS plan at any time, and we will refund the full amount already paid for that plan. The refund process varies depending on the payment method.
Example: let's say you signed up for a monthly payment plan starting on March 10, with a monthly price of R$ 100.00. On March 10, you made a payment of R$ 100.00 for the period from March 10 to April 10. On March 15, that is, within 7 days of signing up, you decided to request immediate cancellation. As a result, your plan will stop working immediately and we will begin the process of refunding the amount of R$ 100.00.
Cancellation after the 7-day period following subscription
After the 7-day period following subscription, it will not be possible to refund amounts relating to payments already made. You can request cancellation of the plan renewal at any time, so that no new charges will be issued and the plan will remain in effect until the end of the period of use already paid for.
Example: let's say you signed up for a monthly plan starting on March 10, with a monthly price of R$ 100.00. On March 10, you made the payment of R$ 100.00 for the period from March 10 to April 10. On March 30, you decided to request cancellation. Your plan will remain in effect until April 10. On April 11, it will cease to function and no new charges will be made.
How to cancel your plan
To request cancellation, you can use the Cancel existing subscription function in the My Account menu of the Lumiun DNS panel, or you can send an email to support[@]lumiun.com requesting cancellation.
